What is A Living Practice?

“A life practice to open our heart and know its truth.”

Welcome to a living practice, a holistic mind/body counselling, therapy and mindfulness centre. A place to get to know yourself and learn to deal with the difficulties and challenges of life.

A living practice is a professional service committed to the principles based on a mind/body approach to wellness, health and conscious living. A place to reach awareness of our life patterns and understand the habitual thinking and repetitive behaviours creating stress and dis-ease. A Living Practice offers each of us the opportunity to develop the skills of mindfulness attention, to take action and create a state of mind/body steadiness and awakening.
